All items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no company name, logo, product name, or sensitive wording displayed on the parcel or sender label.
Parcels are sent in simple grey mailing bags or plain boxes with a neutral sender name to ensure complete discretion. Larger items and dolls are dispatched in plain boxes. There is nothing on the outside of the package to indicate the contents inside. From checkout to delivery, your confidentiality is handled with the highest level of care and security.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders via Royal Mail Second Class (2–3 working days).
If you need your order sooner, you can choose:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.99 (1–2 working days)
Royal Mail Special Delivery – £19.99 (guaranteed by 1pm the next working day)
Place your order before 10am for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Refunds for Returned Items
Once your returned item has successfully passed our inspection process, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation detailing the refunded amount.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Before requesting a refund or replacement, please ensure that the 30-day period has not expired.
Please note that we do not accept returns of used products. Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a return.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or via our contact form as soon as possible.
The cut-off time for same-day cancellation is 10AM (working days only).
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to refuse the delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, any additional charges incurred due to refused delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you by email regarding the status of your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refunded amount.
Please note that we do not accept returns of used products. If we receive a returned item and find it dirty, damaged, or intentionally misused, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our products, items must be unopened, unused, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you report a missing or damaged item and we reasonably believe the order was delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Lonely Lolly is not liable for any loss, damage or defects that occur after delivery to a parcel forwarding company. Orders addressed to parcel forwarding companies are placed at your own risk.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer errors, such as an incorrect address, contact number or recipient name. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases. If you notice a mistake before your order has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
